- Delivery4 working days after payment made.
- No delivery Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday and after working hours. No delivery according to time request.
- Delivery only to ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor using staircase or with lift facility. No delivery to 4th floor and above if delivery by staircase.
- Refund policy 1: Bottle security deposit refundable for subscription customer with minimum 20 bottles belongs to Ace Water and ordered minimum 4 times in 180 days.
- Refund policy 2: Bottles that are return in good condition, refund will be paid by cash in hand. For refund by bank transfer only to local bank account. We do not refund to foreign bank account. Balance unused or unopened bottles that has been delivered will not be refunded. Refund is only for deposit paid for our label brand on the bottles.
- Refund policy 3: No refund offered for unused bottles returned. Goods sold are not refundable.
- Picture for illustration purposes. We supply all types of brands based on stock availability.
- During water disruption, public holiday on working days, delivery will delay 3-6 days, please plan ahead for peak season, long holidays as we will experience high volume orders.
- Fee processing policy: Ace Water shall impose a processing fee 1% or bank charges for any changes, reversal or cancellation of a bank account transfer, Payment Card Transaction and mobile wallet transaction that it performs on behalf of the customer.
