  • TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level 0 ppm
  • Changing Vendor? Have existing bottles? We accept your existing bottle for swap if in good condition and no deposit required, choose Refill Plan.

Note:

  • Delivery only on working days Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • No delivery Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday and after working hours. No delivery according to time request.
  • New Order – For customers don’t have existing 5 gallon bottle and first time order.
  • Refill  & Swap Empty Bottles – For customers already has existing gallon bottle and swap same units of existing bottles of same size (customers must swap/ return/ exchange equal units of empty bottles). If you need additional bottle security deposit please click here
  • One Time Purchase – If you buy to own the bottled water and not return the bottles.
  • This product not sold for events on subscription price, please purchase under One Time Purchase. We do not collect back the sold bottles. For events we recommend 9.5L.
  • Delivery for units accessible by lift or ground floor is free. Surcharge applies for delivery using by staircase to level 1, 2 and 3rd floor. No delivery by staircase to level 4 and above using by staircase.

Description

Terms &  Condition:

    • Delivery 1-3 working days after payment made.
    • No delivery Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday and after working hours. No delivery according to time request.
    • Delivery only to ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor using staircase or with lift facility. No delivery to 4th floor and above if delivery by staircase.
    • Bottle security deposit refundable for subscription customer with minimum 5 bottles belongs to Ace Water and ordered minimum 3 times in 180 days.
    • Refund policy: Bottles that are return in good condition, refund will be paid by cash in hand. For refund by bank transfer only to local bank account. We do not refund to foreign bank account. Balance unused or unopened bottles that has been delivered will not be refunded. Refund is only for deposit paid for our label brand on the bottles.
    • Picture for illustration purposes. We supply all types of brands based on stock availability.
    • During water disruption, public holiday on working days, delivery will delay 3-6 days, please plan ahead for peak season, long holidays as we will experience high volume orders.
    • Fee processing policy: Ace Water shall impose a processing fee 1% or bank charges for any changes, reversal or cancellation of a bank account transfer, Payment Card Transaction and mobile wallet transaction that it performs on behalf of the customer.
