All orders are shipped directly from our store in Puchong. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 2-3 working days upon receiving your tracking number, do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

Cancellation and refund policy for placing wrong order or undeliverable locations
If you have placed wrong order or placed order at location we not able to delivery with payment through the website, Ace Water shall impose a processing fee 1% on any reversal or cancellation of a Payment Card Transaction and mobile wallet transaction that it performs on behalf of the customer. Ace Water will not refund the 1% processing fee or any part thereof that it had deducted from the earlier payment made to Ace Water through our payment gate way service provider.
Can I return my product?
All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please let us know and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please email us at email@example.com for us to assist you with the replacement.
Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging.
Refunds take approximately 1 week after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
