Terms &  Condition:

• Delivery charges RM10 is fixed for any amount of cartons
• Delivery 1-3 working days after payment is made and received, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
• No delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Public holiday, after working hours 5.30pm
• Delivery services are scheduled based on predefined route planning and are subject to change. Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns.
• Extra surcharge for staircase doorstep delivery payable by cash or transfer to driver:
  1st floor – RM1 per carton
  2nd floor – RM2 per carton
  3rd floor – RM3 per carton
• No staircase delivery to 4th floor. Customer need to self-pickup.
• Picture for illustration purposes. We supply all types of brands based on stock availability
• If we unable to contact customer or unable to receive during delivery, we will leave delivery package at Guard house, mail room, outside house. If during delivery day customer request to resend another day we will charge RM10 delivery
• During water disruption, public holiday on working days, delivery will delay 2-5 days, please order ahead if there is water disruption news
• Ace Water shall impose a processing fee 1% on any reversal or cancellation of a Payment Card Transaction and mobile wallet transaction that it performs on behalf of the customer. For more details pls read our Shipping, Refund and Return policy
