- Delivery 1-3 working days after payment made.
- No delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Public holiday, after working hours 5.30pm.
- Delivery only to ground Floor, first floor, second floor using staircase or with lift facility.
- Bottle security deposit refundable for subscription customer with minimum 5 bottles belongs to Ace Water and ordered minimum 5 times in 360 days.
- Picture for illustration purposes. We supply all types of brands based on stock availability.
- During water disruption, public holiday on working days, delivery will delay 2-5 days, please plan ahead for peak season, long holidays as we will experience high volume orders.
- Ace Water shall impose a processing fee 1% on any reversal or cancellation of a Payment Card Transaction and mobile wallet transaction that it performs on behalf of the customer. For more details pls read our Shipping, Refund and Return policy.
