Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Delivery only on working days Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. No delivery on Saturday & Sunday & Public Holidays.
- No delivery after 5.30pm.
- Our delivery service using lorry.
- Delivery arranged after order date within 4 working days.
- No same day delivery or request urgent delivery.
- Next day delivery is on best effort basis, we cannot promise to delivery.
- Driver will call when on the way.
- There is possibility of delivery postponement of scheduled delivery in the event of delay due to out of control factors such as lorry breakdown, peak season before and after public holidays.
- We do not guarantee delivery based on customer delivery date request and in case of delay we will reschedule on next available date.
- We do not accept delivery request to specific timing, as this is not possible because our delivery using lorry following route planning.
- Order placed before 5pm are loaded into the lorry for delivery within 4 working days.
- Orders placed after 5pm are arranged the next working working day.
- Orders placed after 5pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday delivered within 4 working days following week.
Delivery Policy During Public Holidays
- IMPORTANT: Last order date is 5 days before any public holiday. Orders must be made 5 days early before public holidays to avoid delivery delays due to high volume orders and heavy road traffic conditions. Orders will be delivered on best effort basis and subject to postponement 1-3 working days after the public holiday and factory reopening.
- No delivery during Public Holidays and company factory closure.
- Delivery may have delays up to 2-5 working days before and after public holiday due to peak season high volume holiday orders.
- Chinese New Year – company factory closure for holidays 7 working days.
- Hari Raya Aidilfitri – company factory closure for holidays 4 working days.
- Company factory closure for national holidays such as New year, Christmas, Hari Raya Haji, Merdeka, Hari Malaysia, Deepavali, Wesak, Labour Day, Sultan of Selangor birthday and Agung’s Birthday
Payment
- No terms of payment.
- Delivery arranged only after full payment or COD.
- Customer required to make COD payment to the driver the moment driver delivers, we will not deliver if no payment received.
- We do not accept cheque.
- Payment can be made online on our website with facility of Credit/Debit Card, TNG, Grabpay, Boost, FPX and COD.
Receiving, Permit & Building Management Approval
- For condos, our delivery requires customers to be present during delivery for condos and building that require card access to bring goods to your doorstep. s.
- In event customer not available to receive the order, we will leave the products at the mail-room, or security room or delivery area. We are not responsible if the products are lost or stolen.
- Customer required to check for building permit with building management for condos and office building.
- IMPORTANT: Customers responsibility to check with building management before delivery arranged for requirement if products can be left at common areas such as outside your unit, corridors, mail-room, security room or delivery area.
Staircase Surcharges
No delivery surcharge using lift or ground floor.
Surcharges for staircase delivery (3 & 5 gallon bottles and cartons). Price per bottle:
- 1st floor – RM1
- 2nd floor – RM2
- 3rd floor – RM3
- 4th floor – rm4
